TechTalk webinar series

Acme Packet Professional Services Engineers work diligently to assist our customers with configuration and troubleshooting for all aspects of Session Delivery Networks. To help our customers meet the ever-changing demands of their subscribers, Acme Packet continues to develop new Session Delivery Network features and products complementary to our existing portfolio. Acme Packet Systems Engineers have rolled up their sleeves to conquer new protocols, interoperability requirements, network topologies and more, and we want to share our experience with you through a series of webinars called TechTalk.

Acme Packet Professional Services organization hosts these monthly webinars to impart our expertise and knowledge on to the most important part of our business, our customers. The webinars are technical in nature, and are targeted towards an audience of system operators and network engineers. Each 50 minute session provides theory, configuration best practices, troubleshooting guidance, and log analysis. There will be 10 minutes for questions at the end of each session along with an opportunity for you to provide feedback through an evaluation.

Registration is free if you are accredited to any of Acme Packet's four Technical Certifications. When registering simply choose "other" for the payment scheme and enter your certification number.
