Net-ASSURE Performance and Scalability Benchmarking Service

The Net-ASSURE Performance and Scalability Benchmarking Service is a series of lab tests that will provide the customer with scaling and performance empirical data needed to make business capacity decisions, changes or additions to the network with predictable results. Acme Packet will develop a test plan for customer review. Once the customer has reviewed and approved the test plan, Acme Packet engineers will execute the test plan and provide a complete performance report to the customer. Download the data sheet.

Net-ASSURE Configuration Optimization Service

The Net-ASSURE Configuration Optimization Service is a comprehensive evaluation of the entire Net-Net SBC hardware and software configuration. The goal of the service is to educate the customer on the state-of-the-art best practices for optimal SBC operation. This is accomplished through a thorough engineering-level review of all configuration parameters. The Acme Packet configuration review engineers that will be assigned represent a cross-sectional team of different experiences and skillsets. Once the review is completed, Acme Packet provides the customer a configuration optimization report detailing recommended changes and engineering-level explanations for recommended changes. The Net-ASSURE DDoS Prevention Configuration Service is an evaluation of the customer’s vulnerability to denial of service (DoS) and distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks. Using the Acme Packet security framework to the fullest capacity will enable customers to fully defend their IP borders. The Net-ASSURE Project Management Service is delivered by an experienced project manager who has the technical knowledge to lead complex technology communications projects. The project manager from Acme Packet® will provide valuable leadership throughout the project, from scheduling to the definition of tasks, risk mitigation, logistics and deliverables. The Acme Packet technical project manager will be the primary point of contact for the entire project, responsible for coordinating and managing all activities within Acme Packet, the customer and Acme Packet integration partners. Acme Packet engineers who specialize in developing telecom-grade method of procedure documents will author, test and document a detailed, step-by-step procedure that will enable customers to make a service-effecting change with confidence. The changes can range from enabling a new session border controller (SBC) software feature, software or hardware upgrade, implementing a network topography change, addressing changes, IPv6 implementation, advanced security protocol implementation, etc. This service provides customers with a fully tested and detailed procedure that can be executed with confidence by a customer’s operations staff. With the Net-ASSURE Certified Interoperability Testing Service, Acme Packet will develop a structured test plan and execute the test cases between one-or-more third-party devices and Acme Packet product(s).
