There are two levels of Interop Partners:

  • Interop Partners have completed point-to-point interoperability testing with ourproducts or have had their products deployed with Acme Packet products by a joint customer.
  • Interop Plus Partners are strategic partners that have completed interoperability testing and are committed to ongoing interoperability testing as new releases emerge. They typically refer our products as part of a broader solution set, and they receive additional sales and marketing enablement benefits, including discounts on Technical Training, access to tools and information via Pinnacle Portal, the option to purchase a discounted Lab System Kit, periodic technical reviews, lead referrals and an Acme Packet relationship manager who will help Interop Plus Partners develop joint solutions and leverage Acme Packet partner enablement programs.
