Authorized Services PartnersAuthorized Services Partners are professional services organizations that provide specialized expertise in our platforms for customers. They are equipped in their labs to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and troubleshooting, and they are fully trained and certified on our products. They do not resell our equipment, but offer services and support independently to other resellers and to end-customers. Authorized Services Partners receive lead referrals from Acme Packet and can access detailed technical information via the Pinnacle Portal. They have a defined sales territory and focus on one-or-more VoIP or multimedia solutions.
