The Acme Packet Pinnacle Partner Program is a partner alliance program that formalizes our relationships with key technology vendors, reseller channels and integration and professional services partners. The Pinnacle Program is a vehicle to foster technical and business collaboration, provide partner education and sales tools and assure interoperability among best-of breed products. It helps our partners to offer complete, IP-based networking solutions to OTT/ASPs. Pinnacle Partners fall into the following categories, and Acme Packet provides sales, marketing and technical training programs and tools to enable successful and long-lasting partner relationships:

• Channel Partners are active resellers of Acme Packet products
• Authorized Services Partners are consultants and professional services organizations that provide specialized expertise
• Interop Partners are technology vendors that have established product interoperability with Acme Packet
