The Acme Packet Pinnacle Partner Program is a partner alliance program that formalizes our relationships with key technology vendors, reseller channels and integration and professional services partners. The Pinnacle Program is a vehicle to foster technical and business collaboration, provide partner education and sales tools and assure interoperability among best-of breed products. It helps our partners to offer complete, IP-based networking solutions to fixed line service providers. Pinnacle Partners fall into the following categories, and Acme Packet provides sales, marketing and technical training programs and tools to enable successful and long-lasting partner relationships:

• Channel Partners are active resellers of Acme Packet products
• Authorized Services Partners are consultants and professional services organizations that provide specialized expertise
• Interop Partners are technology vendors that have established product interoperability with Acme Packet
