Alcatel Lucent OmniTouch—Acme Packet Net-Net E-SBCs have been certified by Alcatel-Lucent for complete interoperability with the OmniTouch 8400 Enterprise Instant Communications Suite and the OmniTouch 8460 Advanced Communication Server. Certification details are available through Alcatel Lucent’s Application Partner Program website.
Avaya Aura™ Session Border Controller powered by Acme Packet—Avaya recommends only connecting to SIP trunks through an SBC, and the Acme Packet SBC is the preferred recommendation by Avaya™. The two companies have developed a joint reference architecture and provide a joint go-to-market initiative for delivery to customers.
Cisco—Cisco recommends the use of a border control element to address the interoperability, reliability, and security challenges of an all-IP network. Only Acme Packet Net-Net session border controllers provide the complete set of security, service interworking and service quality assurance features required to construct large-scale multi-vendor all-IP networks in a highly secure and reliable fashion. Acme Packet offers solutions for Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Unified Contact Center (CUCC).
IBM Lotus Sametime—The Acme Packet Net-Net SBC has been tested and validated by the Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony Validation Center, giving customers assured interoperability. Validation details from the center are available through the IBM Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony interoperability testing program site.
Microsoft Lync—Acme Packet E-SBCs are Microsoft Lync qualified for use with a unified communications open interoperability program (UCOIP) SIP trunk service. In these deployment models, Acme Packet SBCs deliver essential session interworking, control and routing capabilities. Acme Packet and Microsoft work in close partnership to regularly test releases of Lync Server 2010 and Communications Server to ensure support of certain UCOIP certified service providers that use Acme Packet SBCs.
